Notifications

In-app and email alerts for approvals, sync, close, billing, and the rest of your workspace.

What you can do

The bell in the top bar shows unread alerts for your account. Open it to read recent notifications, jump to the related record, mark one as read, or mark all as read.

Choose which alerts you receive — and whether they arrive in the app, by email, or both — in Settings → Notifications.

Accounting import and Autopilot alerts can also be managed from Accounting → Settings → Controls.

Close and credit reminders

When an open period’s close date is near, entity administrators can receive a close deadline alert.

When the workspace prepaid credit balance crosses below $5 or reaches $0, people with billing access can receive a low credit balance alert for that crossing.
