TripleBooks

Platform overview

Core finance on one ledger, plus experimental operational modules you can try in the same app.

One app, one source of truth

TripleBooks is a unified finance platform delivered as a single web application. Core finance modules — books, cash, AR/AP, spend, CRM, payroll, documents, Luca, and capital tools — share the same triple-entry ledger and entity model.

Luca is the built-in AI layer: natural language across your books, classification, document ingestion, and guarded actions — with policies you control in Admin.

Experimental modules (inventory, projects, helpdesk, field operations, and similar) live in the same app so you can try them as they evolve.

Who it is for

  • Founders and operators who want books, billing, and payroll in one place
  • Finance and accounting who need one authoritative ledger and a clean close
  • Revenue and customer teams who want CRM and billing tied to real numbers
  • Multi-entity groups that need consolidation and intercompany in the same product

Core finance

Fully supported modules presented on the TripleBooks marketing site. Routes live under the same origin (e.g. app.triplebooks.com). You work in one entity at a time; navigation follows the area you are in.

ModuleWhat you can do

Multi-entityRelated entities, ownership, intercompany transfers, eliminations, and consolidated reports. See Multi-entity.
TreasuryLinked banks, feeds, and cash on one console. See Treasury.
ExpensesExpense reports, receipts, approvals, and posting to the books.
Invoicing (AR)Customer invoices, aging, and collections on the ledger. See AR / AP.
Purchasing (AP)Vendors, purchase orders, bills, and payables. See AR / AP and PO matching.

Luca AI

Luca understands business context across modules: ledger, CRM, documents, and more (within your permissions). It can answer questions, help classify transactions, draft rules, and run workflows — with human-in-the-loop guardrails for anything that posts to the books.

See Luca AI and the tutorial Using Luca. Enterprise workspaces can run Luca on Inference Enclave for private hosted or on-prem inference.

Integrations

Connect banking, revenue (e.g. Stripe), accounting systems, corporate cards, payroll tools, Gmail, Resend, CSV, and webhooks. Configure credentials in-app; sensitive fields are encrypted at rest.

See Integrations for the conceptual overview.

REST API

The same deployment exposes JSON routes under /api/... for automation and partners. See API Reference for OpenAPI and usage.

Billing (cloud)

Cloud runs on prepaid USD credits with usage-based charges. See Billing and credits for balance, rates, and top-up.

Security and structure

See Architecture for how workspaces isolate data, encryption, and billing at a high level. Optional zero-knowledge proofs and privacy features are covered under Security & Verification in the docs nav.
